The Yobe State l All Progressives Congress (APC) re-eleted Chairman Alhaji Muhammadu Gadaka has declared the ward and local government congresses a success, praising party members for conducting themselves peacefully throughout the exercise respectively.

In a statement by Sa’adatu Maina the press secretary to the re-eleted Chairman Alhaji Muhammadu Gadaka said, Gadaka emphasized that the process was free, fair, and devoid of imposition accordingly.

“According to him, no imposition, no unnecessary interference, no rancour just a free and fair exercise,”

Gadaka described the congresses as a demonstration of party unity, maturity, and genuine consultation at large.

He credited the seamless conduct to the inclusive leadership style of Governor Mai Mala Buni, whose commitment to dialogue, he said, fostered harmony among stakeholders of the party.

The re-eleted chairman appreciates the support and understanding of the local government stakeholders, party officials and indeed youths for thier sacrifices towards the success of the party Congress, no imposition, no unnecessary interference no rancour but free and fair exercise.

Following the exercise, a national supervisory team led by Ambassador Babagana Ajimi submitted reports on the 178 ward and 17 local government congresses to the state secretariat.Ajimi commended members for their orderly conduct.

Gadaka also expressed optimism for a similarly peaceful outcome at the party’s National Convention scheduled for 3rd March 2027 respectively.

Ali Muhammad- State Legal Adviser .Ali Alhaji Maidugu-State Organizing Secretary , Hon. Saidu A. Baba- State Treasurer.

Others are Hon. Modu Yawudima- State Financial Secretary, Muhammed Musa Gulani-State Youth Leader, Alhaji Ibrahim Daushe- State Publicity Secretary and Babangida Jajere- State Auditor among others.
