The Hausa-Fulani and Muslim Support Group for Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Prince Bassey Edet Otu has condoled with the Cross River State Governor, Prince Bassey Edet Otu, over the death of the Commissioner for Power, Hon. Eka Williams.
The Director-General of the group’s campaign, Alhaji Nasiru Baba Gombe, conveyed the group’s condolences to the governor during a chat with media correspondents in Calabar on Monday.
In the condolence message, Alhaji Baba Gombe said: “On behalf of the CRS Hausa, Fulani and Muslim Support Group for Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Prince Bassey Edet Otu, I extend our heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Prince Bassey Edet Otu, and the good people of Cross River State over the passing of the Honourable Commissioner for Power, Hon. Eka Williams.
“We pray that Almighty God grants his soul eternal rest and gives his family, the government and the people of Cross River State the strength to bear this painful loss.
“May his soul rest in perfect peace.”
