A Senior Special Reporter in the Office of the Kano State Deputy Governor, Mustapha Prince Dambatta, has commended Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for appointing Murtala Sule Garo as the Deputy Governor of the state.
This was contained in a statement he personally signed, a copy of which was made available to The Triumph on Tuesday.
Dambatta described the appointment as a demonstration of wisdom, foresight, and political maturity on the part of the governor, noting that it reflects a strong commitment to the stability and development of Kano State.
“I wish to sincerely appreciate and commend His Excellency, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, for his wisdom, experience and foresight in choosing His Excellency, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo as the Deputy Governor of Kano State,” he said.
He added that the selection of Garo further reflects visionary leadership and a deep commitment to the progress of the state.
According to him, Garo’s experience in public service, loyalty, and administrative capacity continue to inspire confidence among residents.
“The selection of Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo has clearly demonstrated visionary leadership, political maturity and a strong commitment to the progress and stability of Kano State,” he stated.
Dambatta prayed for continued divine guidance for the state leadership, urging Allah to strengthen efforts towards unity and sustainable development.
“I pray Almighty Allah continues to guide and strengthen the leadership of Kano State for greater development, unity and prosperity,” he added.
Garo was recently sworn in as Deputy Governor of Kano State following his nomination and approval by relevant authorities.
