Kano State Deputy Governor, Murtala Sule Garo, on Saturday joined governors of the All Progressives Congress, senators, ministers and other party leaders at the flag-off of President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 presidential campaign in Kaduna.
The event took place at the Kaduna Township Stadium, popularly known as Ranchers Bees Stadium, with APC stakeholders and supporters gathering for the commencement of the campaign activities.
Garo attended the event as part of the entourage of Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, alongside other party leaders and dignitaries.
According to a statement issued on October 24, 2024, by the Public Relations Officer of the Office of the Deputy Governor, Lurwanu Idris Malikawa Garu, Garo arrived in Kaduna on Friday ahead of the campaign flag-off.
The event brought together party officials and supporters as the APC began activities connected with Tinubu’s re-election bid in the 2027 general elections.
