Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to providing young people with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to governance and the development of the state.
Governor Idris gave the assurance on Thursday when a delegation of the Kebbi Youth Committee, led by his Personal Assistant, Aminu Musa, presented him with a birthday cake and congratulatory card to mark his 61st birthday at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi.
The Governor, while expressing appreciation for the gesture, described the celebration as heartwarming and assured the youths of his continued support and empowerment.
“I am overwhelmed by this kind gesture. I sincerely thank the people of Kebbi State for their unwavering support and cooperation.
“I assure you that this administration will continue to deliver more dividends of democracy for the benefit of all citizens,” he said.

“We are proud of your leadership and pray that Almighty Allah grants you long life, good health and continued wisdom,” Musa said.
He further reaffirmed the commitment of Kebbi youths to supporting the Governor’s administration and mobilising support for the success of his second-term bid.
