A member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Sani Aliyu Danlami (APC), has commissioned three road construction projects in Katsina State aimed at boosting infrastructure and easing movement for motorists in the area.

Danlami, who represents the Katsina Federal Constituency, said the roads form part of his constituency intervention projects targeted at improving economic activities and overall connectivity.

The commissioned roads include the Kadarko–Mariamo Ajiri road, the Modoji (GRA)–Gidan Sarkin Dawaki road, and the Modoji–Gidan Dikko Ladan to Expressway link road.

Speaking during the ceremony, the lawmaker reaffirmed his commitment to providing essential social amenities to his constituents.

“This initiative is aimed at improving road infrastructure and enhancing access for traders, farmers, and commuters. It will also help open up the areas for development,” he said.

The Chairman of Katsina Local Government, Migdad A.D. Saude, who spoke earlier at the event, commended Danlami for his proactive representation and numerous interventions, including support for the needy.

Saude said, “Hon. Danlami has proven to be a reliable representative through the projects he has attracted and the assistance he has provided to various communities.”

On his part, the contractor handling the road projects, Lawal Sani Jikan Malam, assured that the construction would be completed within the stipulated timeframe.

“We are committed to delivering quality work and urge residents of the benefiting communities to cooperate with the workers to ensure smooth execution,” he said.
