The Judith Ojonugwa Sickle Cell Foundation has commended the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, describing them as consistent with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
In a letter addressed to the Managing Director of NSITF, Barrister Olúwaṣeun Faleye, the Foundation expressed profound gratitude for the donations received from the Fund.
According to the Foundation, the support has significantly boosted its capacity to raise public awareness on sickle cell disease, provide essential medical supplies, and offer free genotype testing.
“The donation has enhanced our ability to deliver critical services and brought renewed hope to individuals living with sickle cell disease,” the letter read.
The Foundation also praised Barrister Faleye’s leadership qualities, describing them as exemplary and worthy of emulation.
