A primary school teacher in Kano State has donated the sum of thirty thousand naira (N30,000) to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf as a gesture of encouragement and appreciation for the administration’s ongoing efforts in improving the welfare of the people.

The donation was formally presented by the Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, during the 39th State Executive Council meeting, where members of the council acknowledged the significance of the gesture.

According to the presentation, the teacher explained that his decision to contribute was driven by his admiration for the governor’s commitment and dedication to delivering good governance across the state.

He noted that the administration’s strides in key sectors have inspired confidence among ordinary citizens, prompting him to offer support in his own modest way.

The teacher further revealed that the N30,000 donation was part of his personal salary, underscoring the sincerity of his appreciation and belief in the governor’s leadership.

Observers at the council meeting described the gesture as symbolic, reflecting growing public support for the policies and programmes of the current administration, as well as the impact of its people-oriented initiatives across Kano State.
