ARISE (Nnemme ARISE), which means “His Excellency” in the Ibibio dialect, is an initiative designed to explain the policies, programmes and projects of the Akwa Ibom State Government in the Ibibio language, making government information simple, clear and accessible to everyone.
Today, we examine the Akwa Ibom State Government’s biometric registration of commercial tricycle and minibus operators, a key initiative under Governor Umo Eno’s preventive security strategy.
