…. Distributes 484 computers to Apex Primary Care Centres

In his effort to provide condusive atmosphere for frontline care givers to provide quality healthcare services for the teaming populace of Kano state, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has embacked on massive renovation of healthcare facilities.
The Governor stated this during the flag-off of 2nd MNCG Week at Kumbotso local government area.
A statement issued by the Governor’s spokesperson Mr. Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, revealed that major hospitals which include Sir. Muhammadu Sanusi, Hasiya Bayero, Nuhu Bamalli, Emergency unit of Murtal Muhammad Specialist and a host of others have been renovated.
“As part of oue digitisation agenda of His Excellency, the Governor had today distributed 484 sets of laptop computers to the apex Primary Healthcare Centres at all wards within the 44 local government areas” said the Governor
Also, the governor had provided solar facilities at the headquarters of the State Primary Healthcare Managment Board and its six zonal offices to ensure effeciency of government operations.
According to the statement, hudreds of secondary and primary healthcare facilities have been earmaked for renovation in the forthcoming 2025 annual bidget.
“The efforts are meant to ensure access to quality and affordable healthcare services to the good people of Kano state irrespective of thier socio-economic status.”
