The Queen of Humanity (QOH) Naija pageantry is set to crown its second winner with a staggering N42 million in prizes, including a brand new car.

This announcement underscores the pageant’s commitment to empowering young Nigerian women.

Initiated by the wife of Cross River State Governor, Rev Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, the QOH Naija pageant aims to uplift the girl child and promote humanitarian causes.

The second edition, themed “Beauty and Brain,” was officially launched on Friday during a media briefing.

The organizers revealed that the winner will not only receive substantial prizes but will also serve as the state’s humanitarian ambassador.

The pageant is open to Nigerian women between the ages of 18 and 30, with a registration fee of N10,000.

The pageant’s sustainability plan includes a dedicated office for the crowned queen within the governor’s wife’s office.

The queen will also embark on a tour of all 18 local government areas to engage with future council chairmen.

The event will commence on December 1st, with contestants participating in intensive activities designed to assess their character, communication skills, and other virtues.

The grand finale is scheduled for December 27th at the Calabar International Conference Centre (CICC).

The organizers expressed their belief that the pageant prioritizes the girl child, who deserves attention, support, and recognition as a vital part of humanity.
