The President of Grassroot Care and Aid Foundation (GCAF), Amb. Auwalu Muhd Danlarabawa, has extended warm greetings and congratulations to Muslims across Nigeria and the world as they mark the beginning of the Islamic New Year, 1448 AH.

In a goodwill message issued to commemorate the new Hijrah year, Amb. Danlarabawa, on behalf of the Board, Management, and entire family of GCAF, described the occasion as a moment for Muslims to reflect on the values of faith, sacrifice, compassion, and service to humanity.

He said the new Islamic year provides an opportunity for individuals and communities to renew their commitment to supporting the less privileged, particularly orphans, widows, vulnerable children, and disadvantaged groups in society.

The GCAF President encouraged Muslims and humanitarian organisations to continue promoting charitable activities, noting that acts of kindness, assistance to the needy, provision of education, and support for vulnerable communities are meaningful contributions that attract blessings from Allah (SWT).

According to him, Grassroot Care and Aid Foundation remains dedicated to serving humanity with sincerity and commitment, while calling on partners, donors, volunteers, and well-wishers to continue supporting its mission of providing hope and relief to those in need.

He prayed that the new Islamic year brings peace, good health, prosperity, and abundant blessings to families, while urging Muslims to remain committed to good deeds and service to humanity.

“Together, we can make a difference through compassion, charity, and service to humanity,” he said.
