Kogi State Police Command has arrested a 100-level student of Federal University Lokoja for Kidnapping and killing another 100-level biology female student, Damilola, of Federal University Lokoja.
It was gathered that after killing her, he allegedly removed her private parts.
According to source, the suspect by the name of Jeremiah kidnapped a female student known as Damilola and asked for ransom from her parent.
However, the Kogi State Police operatives, on getting the information arrested him in connection with the tragic death of the Damilola.
Reports indicate that the suspect, from Kaduna state, allegedly abducted her and took her to an uncompleted building.
After demanding and receiving a ransom of N400,000 from her family, he decided to kill her and remove her vital organs for ritual purposes.
After the tragic incident, the suspect reportedly contacted her family again, demanding an additional N10 million.
However, he was tracked down by police at his location and got arrested.
The suspect confessed to acting alone and led authorities to where he had left her remains, stating that he took her life because she had seen his face after the abduction.
