The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has admonished the pilgrims for the 2024 Hajj exercise to be conscious of their religious obligations in the Holy land.
The governor who stated this , while addressing the 460 pilgrims from the state on Wednesday who would be performing the 2024 Hajj, to pray for themselves, their parents and be conscious of their religious obligations to Allah.
The governor who was represented by the SUBEB chairman , Abdulrazaq Muhammed, also charged them to pray for the state and the nation for Allah’s intervention in the numerous challenges faced by the country.
The governor gave each of the 460 pilgrims the Sum of 100 dollars.
