Construction firm Triacta says its commitment to prompt compensation, community engagement and quality project delivery has been instrumental in the successful execution of major infrastructure projects across Adamawa State.

The company’s Project Manager, Ghassan Ghenen, disclosed this in an interview with journalists, explaining that Triacta has adopted a people-centred approach that prioritises trust, transparency and local participation.

According to him, the company ensures that all affected persons receive compensation before construction begins, while also providing employment opportunities for qualified residents of host communities.

“From day one, we have focused on building trust. The majority of our workforce is drawn from the host communities based on their qualifications.

“We also ensure that compensation is paid to affected persons before any construction activity begins,” Ghenen said.

He noted that the approach has fostered strong relationships with communities, minimised disruptions and enabled the company to complete several projects ahead of schedule.

Triacta is currently executing four flyover projects alongside several road construction works across Adamawa State, with many of the projects progressing ahead of contractual timelines while maintaining high construction standards.

Supporting Host Communities
Beyond its contractual responsibilities, the company has continued to invest in community development by constructing between 100 and 200 metres of access roads in host communities to improve mobility and ease transportation.

Ghenen said the engagement of local youths as part of the project workforce has not only created employment opportunities but also strengthened community ownership of the projects.

“Our projects are progressing smoothly because of the solid partnership we have built with the communities. We believe in involving the people and supporting the areas where we operate,” he said.

He reaffirmed Triacta’s commitment to delivering durable, high-quality infrastructure within or ahead of agreed timelines while contributing to the socio-economic development of communities across Adamawa State.
