The Amirul Hajj for Sokoto State and Leader of the 2026 Hajj State Government Delegation, Alhaji Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi, has expressed satisfaction with the quality and quantity of food being served to Sokoto State pilgrims in Madinah.
Alhaji Dingyadi, who is also the Honourable Minister of Labour and Productivity, gave the commendation during an inspection of the breakfast prepared for the state pilgrims in the Holy Land.
He described the feeding arrangements as satisfactory and in line with the expected standards, commending the catering service providers and officials of the Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency for their commitment to the welfare of the pilgrims.
The Amirul Hajj noted that the efforts of the officials had ensured that pilgrims from the state were properly catered for throughout their stay in Madinah.
He also urged the pilgrims to continue offering prayers for lasting peace, unity, and prosperity in Sokoto State and Nigeria as a whole.
