Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has approved the dissolution of the Board and Management of the Adamawa State Investment and Property Development Company Limited.

The decision, according to a statement issued in Yola by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Humwashi Wonosikou, is part of ongoing efforts to restructure and reposition the agency for improved performance.

Following the dissolution, the Governor has directed the Executive Secretary of the Adamawa Investment Promotion and Development Agency, Halilu Malabu, to oversee the affairs of the company pending the appointment of a new Board and Management team.

The statement noted that the move was in line with the administration’s commitment to strengthening institutional efficiency and ensuring effective service delivery.

Governor Fintiri also instructed the dissolved Board and Management to hand over all responsibilities to the caretaker, who will exercise the functions of the Board until it is reconstituted.

The restructuring is seen as part of broader reforms aimed at enhancing investment drive and property development initiatives in the state.
