The All Progressives Congress (APC) caucus in Kutama Constituency has endorsed Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf; Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau I. Jibrin; and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The endorsement was made during a caucus meeting held yesterday under the leadership of the APC leader in Kutama Constituency, Alhaji Sunusi Mai Auguga Kutama.
Speaking after the meeting, Alhaji Labahani Adda’u Kutama said the APC caucus had agreed to mobilise party supporters to vote for all APC candidates in the 2027 elections.
“The APC caucus in Kutama Constituency has agreed, alongside party supporters, to vote for all APC candidates from the bottom to the top,” Labahani said.
He said the meeting deliberated extensively on the need to support Governor Abba Yusuf, Senator Barau I. Jibrin and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 elections.
According to him, giving the incumbent governor a second term would enable him to transform Kano State beyond expectations.
Alhaji Adda’u further declared that the APC remained the dominant political party in Kutama Constituency, assuring that members would work towards delivering all the candidates endorsed by the caucus.
The caucus also commended what it described as the achievements of the APC leadership, particularly the performance of Governor Abba Yusuf.
They cited what they described as the governor’s transformation agenda, saying Kano State had recorded significant progress during his three years in office.
The APC members reaffirmed their commitment to mobilising support for the party and its candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.
