The ILU DAN SADAUKI FAMILY has successfully conducted its 4th annual meeting this week, bringing together members of the family in a spirit of unity, cooperation, and mutual development.
The meeting was held under the leadership of the family secretary, Dr. Nasiru Bako, who also addressed journalists shortly after the session.
Dr. Bako explained that the essence of the gathering is to strengthen family ties in line with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), particularly the importance of kinship and good relations among relatives.
He noted that the family meets annually to identify the less privileged members and support them in areas such as education and general welfare.
According to him, the initiative also aims to encourage marriages within the family where appropriate, in order to strengthen bonds and preserve unity among members of the ILU DAN SADAUKI FAMILY.
He further stated that the family has introduced empowerment programmes targeting youths, women, and young men, with small financial assistance to help them establish small-scale businesses and become self-reliant.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Bako prayed for the safe return of all members to their respective destinations and asked Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant them long life and the opportunity to witness many more successful gatherings in the future.
Also speaking at the event, the Chairman of the family, Mallam Abba, expressed appreciation for the cooperation and commitment of all members.
He commended their continuous support and unity, noting that words alone cannot fully capture his gratitude.
He concluded with prayers, asking Allah to reward all members abundantly and grant them Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
