An All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant for the House of Representatives seat representing Wudil/Garko Federal Constituency, Hon. Yahaya Adamu Garun Ali, has said that every ward in Garko Local Government Area has benefited from projects executed during his years in public service.
Garun Ali made the statement while addressing supporters at his residence in Gwammaja, Dala Local Government Area of Kano State.
The former Chairman of Garko Local Government, former member of the Kano State House of Assembly representing Garko Constituency, former Managing Director of RUWASA, and former Managing Director of the Kano State Rural Access Agency expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to contest for the House of Representatives seat under the platform of the APC.
According to him, since the announcement of his ambition, supporters from across Wudil/Garko Federal Constituency have continued to visit his residence to pledge their support.
Among the groups that visited him were youths from Maida, who reportedly sponsored 54 young supporters dressed in branded shirts and face caps bearing his photograph.
He also received supporters from Gurjiya Ward, who presented campaign posters carrying his image.
Garun Ali said his record in public service speaks for itself, insisting that no ward in Garko Local Government had been neglected in terms of development.
“I am very much sure that there is no ward in Garko Local Government that did not benefit from my administration.
“I have executed development projects across all the wards, and I remain committed to doing even more if elected,” he said.
The APC aspirant also expressed confidence ahead of the 2027 general elections, predicting victory for himself and other candidates he supports.
He said he was optimistic that the APC would record victories in Garko and Wudil, adding that he believes Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, Senator Abdurrahman Kawu Sumaila, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would also emerge victorious in their respective contests.
