Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has congratulated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Bola Tinubu, on the occasion of her 66th birthday.
This was contained in a statement issued by the governor’s spokesman, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, on Monday.
The governor described Senator Oluremi Tinubu as a compassionate and dedicated leader whose contributions continue to complement the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Governor Yusuf, on behalf of himself, the First Family, Government and the good people of Kano State, extended warm felicitations and best wishes to Senator Oluremi Tinubu as she marks another year of her life.
He commended the First Lady for her commitment to initiatives focused on improving the welfare of women, children, vulnerable persons and other Nigerians, noting that such interventions complement the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The governor particularly acknowledged her efforts in promoting education, healthcare, social development and economic empowerment, as well as programmes aimed at providing opportunities and improving the quality of life of Nigerians.
Governor Yusuf prayed to Almighty God to grant Senator Oluremi Tinubu continued good health, wisdom and strength to sustain her service to the nation and humanity.
He wished the First Lady many more years of fruitful service, peace, fulfilment and happiness.
