Kano State Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, has paid a condolence visit to the families of the late Mallam Balarabe Na’ibi Gwarzo at his residence in Gwarzo, Gwarzo Local Government Area of the state.
The Comrade expressed heartfelt condolence to the families over the demise, stating, “In this time of mourning, we stand with you in prayers and supplication to the almighty Allah to forgive him.”
The Deputy Governor described the deceased’s community service and dedication to uplifting the community towards development as an everlasting legacy.
He sought Almighty Allah’s mercy and Al-jannatul Firdausi to be the last destination of the late Malam Balarabe Gwarzo.
Aged 75, he died in the late hours of Monday, 26th August 2024, following a brief illness, he was also a deputy chief Imam of the town.
The deceased has already been buried according to the Islamic rites. Until his death, he survived by three wives and 25 children.
Presents at the condolence were the interim caretaker chairman of the local government, Dr Mani Tsoho, former Commissioner in the state, Ibrahim Danazumi Gwarzo, Sarkin Tsaftar Kano, Malam Jamillu Ahmad Gwarzo, among other top government functionaries.
