The People’s Democratic Party Adamawa state Chapter has challenge that I’d there is any political party in the state to be prepared come 2027 general election.
The PDP Chairman, Hamza Alh. Bello Madagali declare the challenge during some party supporters, Senior Special Assistant who paid him a congratulatory visit at the party secretariat in Yola, state capital.
Hamza Madagali assured the visitors for their dogedness to the party there is great success ahead, saying the journey so far in the state intensify there in no party in the state because they have all it takes to stage a come back come 2027.
The PDP Chairman boasted that there is no Political party in Adamawa. He reiterated that, “No party when I said no political party I mean no All Progressive Congress (APC), no African Democratic Congress (ADC) the 2023 governorship election, APC thought it wise to find their ways and fabricated results through Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) former REC Chairman Ari Hudu.”
While that of ADC he said, they are battling on who to lead the party in the state with maltiple leadership (Chairmen) not to even prepared to face them come 2027 election in Adamawa.
He said if 2023, there was no APC in Adamawa state, is it today PDP is in government how then with it’s governance and development would they do anything following all the changes all over the state.
Madagali noted that, the present Government led by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri who is going to working with all concern and stakeholders so that it will remain the only party in the state contesting with no party. It is on this note that the state executives comprises all professionals.
He however advised party members that whoever wants contest should go to the grass root and consult the stakeholders because it’s PDP that has internal democracy and Fintiri has authorized it’s members that who that cap fit let him wear it. And that PDP is only the Party that has due process at all levels and was created by all Nigerian tribes not on like other party that only few individuals that created their parties.
Above all, Hamza Alh. Bello Madagali charged all the visitors to go back to their wards, local government areas and state and go to INEC office to collect their PVCs voters card as this is the weapon to fight an enemy, you don’t go to war without your weapons so PVC is your weapon in 2027 as it is no more as joke usual.
Earlier, the leader of Senior Special Assistance Forum, Briston Limuga Daniel and the spokesman, Michael Shehu assured the Chairman that though they are contesting with no party but that shouldn’t be for granted. That it’s time for them to unite and work as a team, “Adamawa is going to be hot, we will never give chance to repeat what they did in 2023 through REC Ari Hudu.”
Others groups who the Party Chairman and his Executives are, LG Chairmen Consultation Forum, National Association of Waste Dealers, Yayaji Awareness Foundation, local government councils and political party holders.
