No fewer than 38 persons were reportedly severely injured after a fuel tanker went up in flames in Ndem community, Ogoja Local Government Area of Cross River State, on Wednesday. The tanker, which fell into a nearby river during transloading operations, ignited a fire that engulfed several residents at the scene.
