From Maawuya Bala Idris, Katsina Katsina state government has approved the release of over N18 billion for payment of outstanding gratuity to retired civil servants in the state. The state Head of Civil Service, Falalu Bawale revealed this while receiving officials of the Nigerian Union of Pensioners Katsina branch.
