Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has appointed Hon. Ibrahim Namadi Dala as Deputy Director of Contact for the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign, bringing his experience in public administration to the party’s campaign structure.
Namadi Dala is a former commissioner who served in two different ministries under the Governor Yusuf administration. He was also nominated again as a commissioner and is awaiting portfolio assignment, further placing him among the political figures associated with the state government.
His appointment as Deputy Director of Contact is expected to strengthen communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination within the APC campaign structure, particularly in building relationships with party members, community leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
In his new role, Namadi Dala is expected to contribute to efforts aimed at improving consultation, promoting unity among party members and ensuring effective communication between the campaign leadership and the grassroots.
The appointment comes amid efforts to strengthen the party’s organisational structure and engagement with stakeholders ahead of its campaign activities.
His previous experience in government is expected to inform his approach to the responsibilities attached to the new position.
The appointment places Namadi Dala in a strategic role within the APC campaign structure, where contact, consultation and coordination are important to the effective organisation of campaign activities across the state.
