Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has congratulated Hon. Shuaibu Rabiu Gano on his swearing-in as the Member representing Dawakin Kudu/Warawa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, describing his inauguration as a well-deserved mandate to serve the people with dedication and integrity.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, on Wednesday.
Representing the Governor at the swearing-in ceremony held at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly in Abuja, the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Isma’il Falgore, conveyed the Governor’s congratulatory message and urged the new federal lawmaker to provide quality representation, sponsor people-oriented legislation, and contribute meaningfully to national development.
Governor Yusuf also charged Hon. Gano to remain a good ambassador of youthful representation for Kano State at the National Assembly, discharging his responsibilities with integrity, humility, patriotism, and an unwavering commitment to the welfare of his constituents.
The swearing-in ceremony was conducted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, and was witnessed by members of the Kano State House of Assembly and other party officials at the green chamber.
