The Member representing Itu/Ibiono Ibom Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Ime Bassey Okon, has honoured an outstanding constituent, Etimbuk Philip Udoh, Esq., following her exceptional academic achievement of graduating with a First Class from the Nigerian Law School.
In a statement issued by the Media and Publicity Unit of the Itu/Ibiono Ibom Federal Constituency, House of Representatives, National Assembly, Rep. Okon received the newly qualified lawyer in his office ahead of her Call to the Bar ceremony.
He congratulated her on the remarkable achievement, describing it as a source of pride to her family, Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area, and the entire Itu/Ibiono Ibom Federal Constituency.
A legal practitioner himself, Rep. Okon noted that earning a First Class from the Nigerian Law School is a rare accomplishment that reflects discipline, resilience, intellectual excellence, and unwavering commitment to hard work.
He urged the young lawyer to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence as she begins her legal career, expressing confidence in her ability to distinguish herself in the legal profession and contribute meaningfully to national development.
The lawmaker reaffirmed his commitment to supporting and celebrating excellence among young people across the constituency, stressing that academic distinction and outstanding achievements deserve recognition and encouragement.
