A passionate appeal has been made to individuals and philanthropists in Bichi Local Government Area to generously support the welfare of youths from the area who are currently undergoing training with a security outfit in Kaduna.
Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmed Sila, Special Assistant to the Member representing Bichi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Dr. Engineer Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi, made the appeal.
Alhaji Sila said no fewer than 40 youths from different parts of Bichi Local Government Area are currently undergoing training at the National Defence Training Depot in Kaduna and need financial and material support from individuals and other well-meaning members of the community.
He also called on members of the Kano State House of Assembly, senators and members of the House of Representatives representing the area to assist the youths.
He advised anyone willing to donate to do so through the S.C.U. of Bichi Local Government Area.
